Job summary

FedEx Express is seeking an Operations Support Agent at East Arm NT 0822 to join our warehouse and field operations. This full-time role supports drivers, data entry, and freight handling in a hybrid office/warehouse setting from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will enter data accurately, assist with delivery discrepancies, operate forklifts, and help with freight screening while upholding safety.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid forklift license required.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Heavy vehicle license is advantageous.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-first mindset
• A valid forklift license and a focus on safety
• Heavy vehicle (truck) license highly regarded
