Job summary

Manpower Australia in Melbourne area is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administration Officer to join a busy warehouse in Dandenong South. The role supports daily warehouse activities, coordinates documentation, and liaises with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Two shifts are available: Day 6:00am-2:00pm and Afternoon 2:00pm-10:00pm, with hourly rates of $37.50 and $42.00 plus Super. Immediate start and ongoing casual opportunity with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, logistics, transport or warehouse office experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication with drivers and warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Process delivery paperwork and transport documentation
• Liaise with drivers regarding arrivals, departures and paperwork requirements
• Maintain warehouse and transport records
• Enter and update data within company systems
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations
