Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Administration Officer in Dandenong South, VIC, to support daily warehouse activities and coordinate documentation for drivers and internal teams. The role is offered on a casual ongoing basis with day and afternoon shifts.

The successful candidate will handle delivery paperwork, maintain records, and assist with reporting and general admin tasks, requiring strong data entry and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, logistics, transport or warehouse office experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication skills when dealing with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Experience with delivery paperwork, PODs or transport documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process delivery paperwork and transport documentation.
• Liaise with drivers regarding arrivals, departures and paperwork requirements.
• Maintain warehouse and transport records.
• Enter and update data within company systems.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Assist with reporting, filing and general administration tasks.
