Job summary

SA Health’s Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) invites applications for a part-time ward admin support role at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital – Woodville. You will welcome patients, coordinate ward activities and work closely with clinical teams to deliver patient-centered care.

The role offers 15 hours per week (Thursday and Friday) with salary ASO-2 $66,442 - $69,504 p.a. (pro rata) plus super and salary packaging. Join a dedicated health network focused on safe, connected care.

Qualifications

• Experience in office or frontline customer service roles.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and booking systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Accurate data entry and sound admin knowledge.
• Handle confidential information with care and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors and staff with friendly support.
• Coordinate ward admin and daily patient flow activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and book appointments.
• Order ward supplies and monitor stock levels.
• Liaise with clinical teams and hospital departments.
