Job summary

Call Me Mamma, Cronulla, is seeking a friendly Waitstaff team member to deliver an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure. You will greet and seat guests, present menus, take orders and ensure attentive service in a fast-paced Italian dining environment.

The role requires a current RSA certificate, at least 1 year of hospitality experience, strong communication and teamwork, and a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate is required.
• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Presenting menus and making recommendations.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring guests receive attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Clearing and resetting tables to restaurant standards.
• Assisting with restaurant setup and close-down procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and broader front of house team to deliver outstanding service.
