Key responsibilities

• Opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring everything is prepared and ready for service
• Completing daily cleaning duties before opening and at the end of each night

• Entering orders into the POS system
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen regarding orders, dietary requirements and special requests.
• Preparing and serving beverages to customers
• Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable restaurant throughout service.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
