Applejack Hospitality Group in Sydney is seeking a professional, service‑focused Waitstaff member to join our on‑site team. You will take food and beverage orders accurately, support smooth service, maintain high hygiene standards, and follow RSA obligations while contributing to a positive, team‑oriented dining experience.

Applicants with previous table service experience or progression from a Runner role, plus NSW RSA competency, will thrive in our fast-paced venues that celebrate local talent

• Current NSW RSA Competency Card to comply with liquor laws.
• Strong customer service and food & beverage service skills.
• Understanding of cleaning, hygiene, and liquor laws.
