Job summary

Emerge Steakhouse in Geelong is seeking experienced casual floor staff to join our busy premium dining team. We value a warm, friendly personality, confidence with customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible hours from a couple of shifts per week to more hours for the right candidate, with lunch and dinner service seven days a week, and essential weekend and night availability. Training opportunities such as wine education and WSET available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous hospitality experience is essential.
• Current RSA required.
• Wine knowledge is highly regarded.
• Steak and premium dining knowledge advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

Emerge Steakhouse is a busy, premium dining restaurant located in the heart of the Geelong CBD, and we're currently looking for experienced casual floor staff to join our team.

We're searching for someone with a warm, friendly personality who genuinely enjoys hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. A beautiful presence on the floor, confidence with customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.

About the role:

Casual floor staff position

Flexible hours available, from a couple of shifts per week through to more substantial hours for the right candidate

Lunch and dinner service, 7 days a week

Weekend and night availability is essential

Opportunity to quickly progress through award levels

Ongoing wine education and WSET training opportunities available for the right candidate

What we're looking for:
