Job summary

A Cut Above Bar & Grill in Berwick is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders and Section Waiters to join our team. We offer a premium dining experience with a focus on great cocktails, wine and service.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum 6 months cocktail and bartending experience, strong guest service skills, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. RSA certified and full working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in cocktail preparation and bartending.
• Confidence in preparing and serving a range of cocktails, wines and other beverages.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role.
• Confidence in managing your own section and delivering attentive, professional table service.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a willingness to learn our specialised steak menu.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience.
