Hugos Manly is looking for Front of House wait staff to join our busy Manly venue. Experience is not essential, and we value willing learners who work well in a team and stay focused during peak service times.

We offer day and night shifts across Wednesday to Sunday, with options for part-time or full-time hours to fit your lifestyle. Hugos Manly has proudly operated on Manly Wharf for 13 years, delivering a high-energy dining experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience not required.
• RSA certificate (or in progress) preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay focused during busy service.
• Flexibility to cover day and night shifts across Wed–Sun.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn the venue's service standards.

Both day & night shifts available - we're currently trading 5 days per week, Wednesday - Sunday & can arrange either part time or full time hours within these days.
