Hugel Aesthetics is seeking an Account Manager to lead sales across Western Australia, focusing first on Perth and surrounding areas. You will build a strong, sustainable customer base among aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals, driving both commercial and clinical conversations.

Ideal candidates have a proven consultative sales background, strong territory development skills, and the stamina to work autonomously within an underdeveloped market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consultative or solution-based selling.
• Experience building and developing a sales territory.
• Ability to engage healthcare professionals and drive account growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the WA sales territory, starting with Perth and surrounds.
• Develop new business with aesthetic clinics and healthcare practices.
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses and clinicians.
• Represent Hugel Aesthetics products in the territory.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach aligned with commercial and clinical needs.
• Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to account development.
