Job summary

Brighte is seeking a State Manager in Western Australia to accelerate growth by identifying, onboarding and managing vendor relationships. The role will involve regular travel within WA and interstate to SA as needed, with a focus on expanding Brighte’s market presence and product adoption among partners and customers.

You will lead client meetings, negotiations and collaborative efforts with Marketing, Operations and Product to ensure successful vendor growth, retention and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales and managing client relationships.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to meet/exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors; conduct meetings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Product to grow vendor base and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity; report on growth opportunities to Head of Sales.
