Job summary

Aspen Group is seeking a motivated early-career Assistant Operations Manager to join our WA team. The role involves hands-on site involvement, financial performance oversight, and leadership across assets. You will report to the Head of Operations – WA and gain broad exposure to operations and capital projects.

Ideal candidates are graduates in property, commerce, or related fields, with strong numeracy and a proactive mindset. Travel across WA will be required.

Qualifications

• Recent property, commerce or related graduate or equivalent practical experience.
• A degree is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong numeracy, commercial awareness and logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and financial performance of Aspen’s WA properties.
• Collaborate with Property Managers and site teams to operate communities.
• Analyse performance and help develop budgets, plans and improvement initiatives.
• Attend properties regularly to understand priorities and deliver actions.
