Endeavour Group is seeking a pragmatic, human-centered Return to Work Manager to lead injury management and workers' compensation strategies across Western Australia. You will collaborate with store leaders, insurers, and external care providers to build recovery-focused claims strategies.

The role requires proven RTW coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to align injury management goals with business objectives while staying compliant with WA legislation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Return to Work coordination and injury management.
• Knowledge of WA workers' compensation legislation and WHS Act.
• Ability to partner with leaders, insurers and external providers to design recovery-focused strategies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee workers' compensation claims and design tailored return-to-work plans.
• Act as advisor to State, Area and Store/Venue Managers on injury management processes.
• Collaborate with insurers, regulators and panel law firms to drive proactive claims strategies.
• Work with Safety & Risk Managers to analyze injury data and improve strategies.
• Ensure compliance with WA legislation and conduct internal reviews for best practices.
• Support leaders in developing supportive systems for non-work injuries and complex role adjustments.
