Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) WA Division is seeking an Engineering Manager, Grid Connections and Compliance. Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, drive governance, risk management, and technical standards, and partner with business leaders to align resources and deliver high-quality engineering services across WA.

You will build capability, manage workforce planning, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support the Wholesale Electricity Market outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering or technical teams in complex environments.
• Expertise in governance, risk management and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
• Align engineering resources with organisational priorities and manage workforce planning.
• Oversee delivery of engineering services to WA Division with high standards and risk controls.
