Job summary

CMW Geosciences in WA seeks an experienced General Manager to lead our WA team of 50+ staff. You will set strategic direction, oversee operations, and drive growth across the region, leveraging deep knowledge of the WA market and proven leadership capabilities.

You will manage financial performance, develop client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and delivery excellence. This role offers significant visibility and career progression within a global Kiwa Group network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as geotechnical professional with field and project experience.
• Proven leadership with building and growing teams across a region.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with WA market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead WA business strategy and operations, driving growth and managing risk.
• Oversee financial performance: budgets, forecasting, profitability.
• Provide strong leadership and people management for 50+ staff.
• Drive business development and client engagement to grow market presence.
• Champion safety, quality, and technical excellence, ensuring compliant delivery.
