Job summary

Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the WA Sales team at our Perth Airport depot. This role focuses on hunting new business, building a pipeline, and delivering tailored logistics solutions while cultivating long-term customer relationships.

You will travel to regional WA locations, engage with decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success in Business Development, Sales or new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and win new business across WA through prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Develop tailored transport and logistics solutions for customers
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a great customer onboarding experience
• Manage sales activity, opportunities and pipeline through Salesforce
• Identify market trends and new opportunities to drive growth
