Otis Elevator Company in Brisbane seeks an experienced Service Manager - Elevators to lead the Service Field team, oversee maintenance and repair of Otis equipment, and ensure safety and compliance across Queensland client sites.

You will manage field staff, coordinate on-call duty, collaborate with sales, drive continuous improvement, and develop coaching programs while upholding Otis values and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualificações

• Engineering or related field qualifications required.
• Electrical license would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years supervising and managing teams in lift/service industries.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise all Service and Repair Field employees.
• Provide safety coaching and field training to meet KPIs.
• Stand by as Duty Supervisor for night on-call and emergency parts dispatch.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure procedures meet customer expectations and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet customer needs.
• Oversee audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage workload peaks by allocating additional units as needed.
