Job summary

11 Recruitment is helping a WA-focused client in the clean-energy tech space to recruit a Business Development professional for Western Australia. The role is home-based within WA, with regular meetings, site visits and industry events, and direct access to the CEO and cross-functional teams.

You will grow the WA market, manage a qualified pipeline, and develop opportunities across mining, utilities, transport, fleets and EPC markets, including working with engineering and operations to tailor

Qualifications

• Business development or technical sales experience involving infrastructure, capital equipment or complex products.
• WA commercial, operational or technical networks are advantageous.
• Experience managing sales with multiple stakeholders and CAPEX consideration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified WA sales pipeline.
• Prospect and develop new customer relationships in WA.
• Conduct discovery and identify commercial requirements.
• Develop proposals with technical and operational teams.
• Manage opportunities through negotiation to signed orders.
• Build strategic accounts, partnerships and sales channels.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts and market intelligence.
