Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AUS) to support customers across the fleet electrification lifecycle, combining EV charging infrastructure expertise with our CMS delivery.

The role provides technical leadership from planning and concept development through infrastructure implementation to onboarding and operational handover, advising on site design, electrical and communications requirements, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects in EV charging or energy sector.
• University degree in engineering (electrical/electronic/controls/telecommunications).
• Experience troubleshooting across electrical, communications and networking, software and control-system disciplines.
• Experience using control systems or energy management systems for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience building client rapport and delivering strong customer service.
• Experience managing project delivery, including milestones, budgets, contract scope, resources, risks and handover.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert input throughout planning and design development of fleet electrification projects.
• Develop site concept designs for EV charging infrastructure including charger placement and integration.
• Develop high-level cost estimates and technical inputs for charging infrastructure and grid upgrades.
• Act as trusted adviser during EPC delivery including tender evaluation and contractor design reviews.
• Own transition from installed charging to CMS onboarding and operational handover.
• Lead customer onboarding, change management, training and adoption for CMS.
• Coordinate milestones, budgets, resources, risks and invoicing across delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with vendors and OEMs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, electrical and safety standards.
