AAA Trailers in Western Australia seeks an experienced WA Branch Manager to lead our WA operations from Canning Vale. You will oversee daily workflows, manage stock ordering and logistics, and drive growth across mining, agriculture, road transport, and logistics sectors.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, lead a capable team, and build strong client relationships while driving sales and long-term satisfaction. This is a high-impact leadership role within a national leader.

Formación

• Experienced branch or operations manager, ideally within transport, heavy equipment, trailers, or related industries.
• Strong leadership with excellent people management skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Highly organized with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients, staff and stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage stock ordering, inventory, and logistics for the WA branch.
• Oversee production managers and ensure operational efficiency.
• Travel within WA to meet with clients and generate growth in mining, agriculture, road transport, and logistics sectors.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and government requirements.
• Report to the CEO and Managing Director/Owner.
• Lead a strong team and foster a customer-first culture.
• Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
