Pacific Hoseflex, a third-generation Australian owned manufacturer in Cockburn Central, WA, seeks a senior operations leader to run the WA branch. You will own branch performance across operations, safety, quality, and customer relationships.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will develop branch plans, manage budgets, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement to grow revenue and margins across WA's energy and resources markets.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in oil & gas, energy or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
• Experience leading a branch or autonomous operations unit with P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial and financial capability including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own WA branch performance across operations, financials, customer service, safety and team leadership.
• Develop and execute branch business plans to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, expenditure and forecasting.
• Lead and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including service, procurement, scheduling, production and dispatch.
