Job summary

Brookfield Private Wealth in Sydney is seeking an Associate Vice President / Assistant Vice President to join the Sydney office. The role focuses on sales support for the wealth management platform across Australia, managing existing client accounts and prospective clients, onboarding, and coordinating marketing and product initiatives.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Product Strategy, travel domestically as needed, and build relationships with banks,

Qualifications

• Solid financial product knowledge and investment market awareness.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience in client servicing for private wealth/intermediary channels.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for Brookfield Private Wealth across Australia.
• Manage day-to-day client accounts and prospective clients including onboarding and servicing.
• Coordinate marketing activities, product launches and due diligence with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.
