Job summary

Outsized is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President, Performance, to lead process improvement initiatives for a major airline client across Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications

• 8-15 years of professional experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related consulting disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in process redesign, lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities, with proven ability to influence and drive change at multiple organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Design: Conduct diagnostic assessments of current operational and business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop optimised process designs aligned with industry best practice.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Australia and New Zealand, facilitate workshops, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership and operational staff.
• Implementation Support: Guide the organisation through process change, develop implementation roadmaps, and provide hands-on support to ensure effective adoption of improvements.
• Documentation & Training: Create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to support team capability and sustained performance.
