Qualifications

Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience.

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in Asia-Pacific.
Substantial legal background, preferably with top-tier firms or major institutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate deal teams across multiple jurisdictions from inception to execution.
Structure mandates and draft term sheets for complex transactions.
Oversee the entire loan documentation process to completion.
Engage directly with clients and external legal advisors.
Ensure regulatory compliance and comprehensive commercial risk management for loans (underwritten and syndicated).
Integrate loans with bond offerings as part of financing strategies.
