The successful candidate will be a key member of the Legal Entity Governance and Oversight team, responsible for developing and executing the operational control and legal entity oversight management framework. This role involves close collaboration with local business leaders and various stakeholders to identify, assess, and propose mitigating actions for operational and legal entity risks.
