Job summary

Action Workforce is hiring for Voice Pickers / Warehouse Operators to support a large distribution centre in Eastern Creek. Work involves voice picking, pallet jack operation, and handling goods in a constant 3°C chill.

Successful candidates will meet daily productivity and accuracy targets in a KPI-driven environment, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. AM/PM shifts available with early starts and afternoon starts for flexible coverage.

NOW HIRING – VOICE PICKERS / WAREHOUSE OPERATORS

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse store persons to join our client in Eastern Creek. You will be working at a large, fast-paced distribution centre in Eastern Creek, supporting the efficient picking and dispatch of grocery products to stores. The site operates in a chilled environment, maintaining a temperature of approximately 3°C, and requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Voice picking orders accurately and efficiently


• Operating a ride-on electric pallet jack


• Picking and moving stock within a chiller environment at 3°C


• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets


• Working in a KPI driven environment


• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Available Shifts:

AM Shift: Shift start times: 5:15 AM and 8:00 AM

PM Shift: Shift start times: 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Voice picking experience desired but not essential


• Ride-on pallet jack experience desired but not essential


• Ability to work comfortably in a cold environment (3°C)


• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic


• Reliable transport and punctuality


• 100 points of ID required upon registration
