Job summary

Labourforce seeks reliable ambient dry store voice picker staff for our Eastern Creek partner. You will operate EPJ, pick & pack, and stack cartons in a busy warehousing environment, with alcohol goods experience a plus.

Shifts are day, Mon-Fri with some weekends; pay starts at $35.15 per hour with increases after a 6-month probation to $40.46/hour. Casual temp-to-perm opportunities with potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the warehousing industry.
• Previous experience operating Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Experience with Pick & Pack and pallet stacking on pallets.
• Previous experience with VOICE PICKING.
• Must be flexible for start times and standby shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of Electric Pallet Jack.
• Voice picking in ambient dry goods area.
• Maintain pallet stacking and cartons.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures.
• Assist with overtime and weekend work when required.

This position will be working in the Ambient Dry goods department which will involve voice picking consumer goods and alcohol based products .

• Pay rate$35.15 per hour!!! probation rate.
• after 6 months pay rate will be increased to$40.46 per hour
• DAY SHIFTAVAILABLE Monday - Friday with Saturday work where required.
• Flexibility will be required as the hours per day will be up to 10 hours daily.

Start times will be as below
Between 7am and 10am shifts start flexibility will see you stand out from the crowd.
Training will be provided , if you are keen with a willingness to learn, flexible and looking for stable work

• knowledge of the warehousing industry
• Previous experience operating and Electric Pallet Jack EPJ
• Experience with Pick & Pack and knowledge oncarton stackingon pallets
• Previous experience withVOICE PICKING
• Experience with pallet stacking
• MUST be flexible for the mentioned start times
• flexible as there maybe standby shifts rostered
• Forklift licence and experience with high reach( DESIRABLEBUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
• Flexibility to work overtime and ability to work with the start times mentioned
• Physically fit and in good health
• Good communication skills
• Astrong & reliablework history
• 2 x work related referees
• must be available to overtime and possible weekends where required
• Must have a current Drivers License & own reliable transport
