Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking reliable Warehouse Team Members for a busy Minchinbury distribution centre.

You will use a voice-picking headset, operate pallet riders and pick orders to meet targets in a temperature-controlled environment. Forklift duties may be required; high attention to safety and teamwork is essential.

Immediate start available with 8–10 hour shifts, rotating weekends. The role offers on-site parking and ongoing training with a leading logistics company.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse roles such as picking or pallet movement.
• Forklift licence preferred but not required.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Team Members - Voice Pickers (2 PMShift) | Minchinbury NSW | $45 to 51+ per Hour- URGENT START

Chandler Macleod is looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members to join a busy distribution centre in Minchinbury.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading supply chain companies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Minchinbury, NSW
Pay Rate:$45 to 51+ per hour- Higher Pay rate starts at 6pm
Parking: Free onsite parking
Start Date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

• Use a voice-picking headset to receive picking instructions

About You

• Warehouse, pick packing, voice picking or pallet rider experience
• High Reach Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
• Comfortable standing, walking and bending during 8-10 hour shifts
• Available to work rotating AM shifts, including weekends
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
