Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking reliable warehouse associates for morning and afternoon Voice Picker shifts at our Hoxton Park site in Sydney. You will support end-to-end order fulfillment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include voice-directed picking, navigating aisles, and maintaining accuracy. We offer on-the-job training, a supportive team, and competitive pay starting at $40 per hour, with Mon-Fri availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking or similar roles preferred.
• Physically fit to lift and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable using voice-picking systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform voice-picking to accurately select items.
• Navigate aisles and handle pallets safely.

Job description

Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the morning and afternoon shiftworking as a Voice Picker. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The warehouse is located in Hoxton Park and there is ample car parking available onsite.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Voice Picking - Pallet Rider MHE
• Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions.
• Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
• Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
• Available to work AM or PM shifts Mon - Fri
