Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group seeks reliable Warehouse Voice Pickers for Erskine Park, across morning or afternoon shifts. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, using a voice-picking headset to guide orders and help pick and prepare items safely and accurately.

Immediate start available with full training, free onsite parking and a supportive team environment. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

Warehouse Voice Picker - Erskine Park - START ASAP

Chandler Macleod is looking for reliable Warehouse Voice Pickers to join our team on either the morning or afternoon shift. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping pick and prepare customer orders safely and accurately.

Location

• Erskine Park
• Free onsite parking available

Key Duties

• Use a voice-picking headset to receive instructions
• Operate a pallet rider
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Report stock or product issues
• Follow safety procedures and meet productivity targets

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse or pick-packing experience is helpful, but not essential
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Available to work 5 days per week, including Monday, Friday, and Saturday

What's On Offer

• From $39+ per hour for AM shift (higher rates for PM shift)
• AM Shift: 5:00am start
• PM Shift: 1:45pm start
• Immediate start available
• Full training provided
• Supportive team environment
