Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking reliable warehouse associates for morning and afternoon Voice Picker roles at our Hoxton Park site, Sydney. You will be responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key duties include voice picking with headset, accurate item selection, and reporting discrepancies. Must be available five days a week, with AM or PM shifts and on-site parking offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend and stand for long periods.
• Fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
• Available to work AM or PM shifts Mon-Fri.

• Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.

Job description

Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the morning and afternoon shift working as a Voice Picker. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The warehouse is located in Hoxton Park and there is ample car parking available onsite.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Voice Picking - Pallet Rider MHE
• Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions.
• Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
• Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
• Available to work AM or PM shifts Mon - Fri

• AM Shift: 5am start
• PM Shift: 1pm start (sometimes 11am start)
