Job summary

Industrie Clothing in Sydney HQ is seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to drive budgeted sales through strategic VM coordination across stores and campaigns.

You will develop visual content, guides, and oversee VM collateral, window installations, store openings, and training of store teams.

The role requires Adobe Suite proficiency and 1-2 years' experience, with strong communication and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Developing visual content for the weekly/monthly and Seasonal Merch Memos and VM directives.
• Assisting with setting VM standards by developing visual guides and resources for the Regional VM and store teams.
• Coordinate VM resources for store openings and refurbishments, including floor plans and VM paraphernalia.
• Working in-store alongside State and Field Visual Merchandisers, training and coaching store teams in effective merchandising management.
• Oversee the production, allocation, packaging and distribution of all window decals and posters nationwide.
• Source all relevant props, posters, display equipment within budget and scope.
• Ensure that all VM projects and collateral have been price negotiated and are within budget.
• Oversee the regular audits of all VM equipment to ensure stocks are sufficient across all mediums.
• Oversee the production and distribution of all in store signage from Head office to shop floor.
• Work with the Divisional GM in sourcing new VM collateral both locally and internationally.
