Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Sydney to create inspiring, consistent customer experiences by implementing visual standards and driving commercial success. You will execute visual and styling curation, analyze sales performance, and collaborate with Store Management to prioritise opportunities.

You will coach and develop the store team, embody the brand in customer interactions, and support expansion projects, contributing to a vibrant, fashion-forward in-store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify visual opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
• Coach and develop the store team using trend and competitor insights to deliver a great customer experience.
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
