Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to support VM campaigns, store networks, and seasonal launches across Australia. You will coordinate timelines, guidance, and on-site execution, ensuring consistent in-store presentation and customer experience.

Based in our Logan HQ, you will partner with Planning, Merchandising and Retail to align stock and priorities, manage asset distribution, and drive 1% better VM execution across a fast-growing, founder-led brand.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in visual merchandising, retail operations or a related retail support function
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of retail presentation standards and customer experience
• Experience supporting a multi-site retail environment is desired

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of VM campaigns, seasonal changeovers, launches and key retail moments across the store network.
• Coordinate VM timelines, rollout plans and the annual VM calendar, ensuring all key dates, updates and guidelines are communicated and delivered on time.
• Act as the key VM contact for stores, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, execution guidance and best practice.
• Support New Store Openings, campaign launches and key retail moments, including VM installations and on-site execution as required.
• Maintain VM guidelines, training resources, documentation and operating principles to ensure stores have the tools to execute consistently.
• Track store execution and compliance, following up on actions and compiling store feedback, imagery and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support store layouts, product flow and visual stories, working with Planning, Merchandising and Retail to align stock, product and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate the briefing, ordering, allocation, tracking and distribution of VM assets, signage, props and campaign materials across the retail network.
• Support post-campaign reviews and help turn learnings into 1% better VM execution.
