You will work with store management to capitalise on merchandising opportunities while leading mannequins, styling, and rapid VM solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years of retail VM experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train and guide a team.

• Visual merchandising experience in retail (preferably apparel) for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute VM directives to align with brand and business needs.
• Collaborate with store management to spot merchandising opportunities.
• Execute store window displays.
• Dressing mannequins and styling displays.
• Produce VM solutions in a fast-paced store environment.
• Train and develop team members; supervisory experience valued.
• Support campaigns with VM objectives alongside Store Manager.
• Ensure excellent in-store customer experience with safety as priority.
• Travel up to 14 days away from home.
• Collaborate with other VM Coordinators on new store setups.
