Job summary

H&M Australia is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Indooroopilly, Brisbane to shape in-store visuals and inspire customers through compelling displays. You will guide the store team to reflect the brand’s direction and drive sales while maintaining safety and compliance with the Commercial Handbook.

You will train colleagues on presentation standards, coordinate with the Department Manager to maximise opportunities, and organise your workload to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and fashion retail environments.
• Ability to coach and train store staff on presentation standards.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for workload management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure garment presentation aligns with the Commercial Handbook and inspires customers.
• Create high levels of styling inspiration in windows and in-store displays.

As a Visual Merchandiser you work at the heart of fast-paced fashion business, in your store you create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You guide and support the store team to deliver exceptional inspiration & guidance with competitive convenience in line with the H&M brand direction and values. As a Visual Merchandiser you actively drive sales in store and are responsible to ensure strong execution of the Commercial Handbook.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that garment presentation in store is in line with the Commercial Handbook and creates exceptional inspiration and guidance with competitive convenience.

Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows & indoor.

Together with the Department Manager you maximise and drive commercial opportunities in your store within the H&M brand guidelines.

Execute visual & commercial training for all colleagues in store to support garment presentation and styling in line with the Commercial Handbook, together with Store Manager and Department Managers.

Organise and plan your workload according to business needs and commercial planner. Ensure safety, security and administration procedures are always followed
