Job summary

H&M Group in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store experience by applying visual standards, styling and commercial principles. You will drive sales through compelling displays and collaborative store teamwork.

You will analyse sales data, adapt guidelines to seasonal calendars, coach colleagues, and represent the brand in every customer interaction while supporting store expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify visual opportunities with Store Management.
• Coach and develop the store team using trends and competitor insights to deliver great customer experiences.
• Represent the brand positively during customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
