Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Adelaide to lead garment presentation that inspires customers to explore personal style. You will guide the store team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences in line with H&M brand direction, driving sales and ensuring strong execution of the Commercial Handbook.

You will train colleagues on visual and commercial standards, prioritise tasks, and collaborate with the Department Manager to maximise opportunities while maintaining safety and brand

Qualifications

• Up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customer needs.
• Customer-centric approach with proven results creating a great customer experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced business environment.
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximise sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure garment presentation aligns with the Commercial Handbook and inspires customers.
• Secure high styling and fashion inspiration in windows and in-store.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to maximise commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Execute visual and commercial training for all store colleagues to support presentation and styling.
• Organise workload according to business needs and ensure safety and procedures are followed.
