Qualifications

• Previous experience within a comparable VM role both In-store and apparel based divisions.
• Passion for fashion with professional personal presentation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan floor moves with store/department manager to maximise sale opportunities.
• Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing displays.
• Support store teams with VM training and development.
• Build relationships and train on VM standards.
