Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to drive a world-class retail experience through high-standards VM across departments. The role collaborates with the Store Manager, retail team and Support Centre VM to execute the brand vision and ensure a cohesive customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fashion VM, lead training, manage rosters and budgets, and maintain visual storytelling that reflects One Team culture. Competitive salary and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in visual merchandising within apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Leads and develops store teams while delivering VM standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan floor moves with store/department managers to maximise sales.
• Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing merchandising or displays.
• Train store teams on VM and brand standards.
• Build stakeholder relationships and share VM best practices.
• Demonstrate strong mannequin styling and display execution.
• Ensure merchandising decisions drive profitability.
• Collaborate effectively within team or autonomously as required.
