Job summary

Sydney Tools in regional New South Wales is seeking a Field Merchandiser to support store presentation across our regional network. You will work with store teams to update displays, follow planograms, and ensure products are attractively faced and easy to find.

This hands-on role suits someone reliable, detail-focused and keen to develop a career in retail merchandising. Training is provided, with ongoing support and opportunities across a growing family-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards across allocated regional store locations
• Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to find
• Maintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displays
• Assist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials
• Replenish and organise stock on shelves and displays
• Complete merchandising tasks as directed by the store team
• Assist with new product displays and store presentation updates

About the Role

As our Field Merchandiser, you will support the presentation and organisation of Sydney Tools stores across regional New South Wales.
Working alongside store teams, you will help maintain merchandising standards, complete display updates, and ensure products are presented correctly and attractively.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and interested in developing their skills within retail merchandising.
