Job summary

Sydney Tools is seeking a Field Merchandiser to support store presentation across the Canberra & Illawarra / South Coast region of New South Wales. You will work with store teams to maintain merchandising standards, update displays, and ensure products are presented attractively for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards across allocated store locations
• Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to find
• Maintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displays
• Assist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials
• Replenish and organise stock on shelves and displays
• Complete merchandising tasks as directed by the store team
• Assist with new product displays and store presentation updates
