Job summary

Sydney Tools Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Field Merchandiser to support our North side and South side stores. You’ll help maintain product presentation, support store displays, and ensure customers have a great shopping experience.

This hands-on merchandising role is ideal to start or develop your retail merchandising career, with on-the-job training and ongoing support. You will work across a diverse network of stores and follow planograms to optimize displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Reliable, organised, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards across allocated regional store locations.
• Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to find.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displays.
• Assist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials.
• Replenish and organise stock on shelves and displays.
• Complete merchandising tasks as directed by the store team.
• Assist with new product displays and store presentation updates.

About the Role

As our Field Merchandiser, you will support the presentation and organisation of Sydney Tools stores.
Working alongside store teams, you will help maintain merchandising standards, complete display updates, and ensure products are presented correctly and attractively.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and interested in developing your skills within retail merchandising.
