Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group is seeking reliable, hands-on team members for our Retail Division in Sydney to support major supermarket store refit projects across New South Wales. This casual role offers on-the-job training and rotation across sites, with shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10PM–6AM.

You will join a small team, stay motivated by visible results, and receive buddy support throughout onboarding. Experience with planograms or ESL is highly regarded, and a valid driver’s licence with

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a small team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Retail, planogram or ESL experience preferred.
• OH&S White Card or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Update and build aisles using planograms.
• Install and update ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels).
• Adjust, remove or install store shelving as required.
• General aisle housekeeping and manual handling.
• Work efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Take direction from the onsite team leader.

Full on-the-job training and support provided.This is a casual position with consistent ongoing project work available, moving across different sites every few weeks

• Adjusting, removing or installing store shelving

What We're Looking For
