Job summary

Sydney Tools in Tuggerah is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Specialist to become the go-to expert for trade tools. You will help customers in-store and over the phone, promoting deals and upsells.

Training is provided; you’ll master our POS system, maintain a clean showroom, and participate in ongoing product knowledge development. A stable 5/6 day roster includes weekend work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide Expert Advice and Drive Sales! You'll assist customers both in-store and over the phone, offering expert product advice while actively promoting deals, promotions, and value-add product upsells.
• Master Our Sales Systems! Confidently and accurately process everyday sales transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a seamless checkout experience for every customer. Don't worry, we will train you!
• Maintain a Best-in-Class Store Environment! Take ownership of your workspace by maintaining excellent store presentation, executing top-tier stock merchandising, and keeping the showroom clean and organized.
• Continuously Build Your Expertise! Participate in our multifaceted ongoing training programs to continuously expand your product knowledge and refine your expert sales skills.
• Enjoy a Stable Roster! Work a reliable 5/6 day fortnightly roster, including a Saturday or a Sunday weekly.
