Job summary

ALO is hiring a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through exceptional visual merchandising. The role partners with Operations and Visual Managers to optimize floors, stock levels, and floor sets while leading a team on the sales floor and back of house.

The position requires high energy, leadership, and a focus on guest experience with the ability to lift and move merchandise. It offers strong growth opportunities as ALO expands across Australia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Willingness to receive and provide feedback
• Self-motivated with results-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Physically able to move around the store and assist guests
• Able to lift 10–15 kg and use ladders when needed

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, stock transfers and floor replenishment
• Maintain product presentation and adjust merchandising per directive with Visual Manager
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and business needs
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines
• Use reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels
