Job summary

DKSH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Liaison supporting a national Patient Support Program in a fully remote role. You will be the key link between patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical clients, ensuring exceptional patient support and strong program outcomes.

The position offers a part-time, 12-month contract with a 5 days per fortnight schedule (Mon/Tue/Wed and Mon/Tue rotating), and a Sydney-based preference.

Qualifications

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in patient support programs, specialty healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or care coordination is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment.
  • Experience in rheumatology/immunology (highly regarded but not essential).
  • High level communication skills.

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to leverage your clinical expertise in a commercial healthcare environment while working remotely?

We're seeking an experienced and driven RN to join our team as a Clinical Liaison supporting a national Patient Support Program. In this virtual role, you'll be the key link between patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical clients, ensuring patients receive exceptional support while fostering strong client relationships and program outcomes.

The preferred working arrangement is 5 days per fortnight. Mon/Tue/Wed and Mon/Tue rotating.
