Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is recruiting for Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical in Western Australia. This permanent full-time, hybrid role blends clinical leadership with operational oversight in a home-office enabled environment, with regular attendance at the Delhi Street, West Perth office as required.

You will lead a virtual team delivering timely referral assessments, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure high-quality allied health and nursing services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in allied health or nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Significant experience in clinical operations and workforce management.
• Data-focused, process-driven, with a track record of efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, triage, and clinical referral assessment.
• Manage workforce scheduling and rostering to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure right resource meets the right need at the right time.
• Provide leadership in referral management and in/out sourcing decisions.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimise care delivery and workforce utilisation.
