Elysium Noosa Resort is seeking a VIP Guest Experience Agent to deliver exceptionally personalised service from arrival through departure on the Sunshine Coast. You will anticipate guest needs and tailor experiences that reflect the brand's warmth, sophistication, and elegance.

Qualifications

• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experiences.
• Experience in Guest Services, Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations, Luxury Retail, Aviation, or Hospitality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and anticipating guest needs.
• Driver's license and flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Curate arrival and departure experiences with warmth, elegance and hospitality.
• Build genuine connections and deliver personalised service that exceeds expectations at every stage.
• Act as the dedicated contact for VIP and returning guests, recognising and tailoring preferences.
• Craft bespoke itineraries and experiences, including dining reservations and local recommendations.
• Coordinate special occasions and personalised touches to create memorable moments.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Leadership teams to deliver a flawless guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries with discretion, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles in Opera and other guest management systems to support personalised service delivery.
• Oversee check-in and check-out experiences with refinement and sophistication.
• Provide luggage assistance and valet services as required.
